Home improvement loans can be arranged from £5,000 – £2,000,000 and be repaid over 3 – 30 years. Secured home improvement loans are for homeowners only and are suitable if you wish to borrow a larger amount against your home over a longer period of time. Loans can be arranged up to 95% loan to value and 100% LTV in some circumstances. Home improvement loans can also be secured against BTL property for landlords who wish to raise additional funds against their property investments.

Can I get a loan without proof of income?
